First of all, the attraction of working from home in your pyjamas with nothing except a computer is almost too much to bear. But so as to become successful in your efforts, you do need to spend some time and at least a bit of money. It is hard work, so be prepared.
If you’re an affiliate marketing amateur, start out promoting something you are familiar with and, even better, something that has interest for you. As you get more experienced, this aspect won’t be quite so important — you’ll be ready to promote things that you know zip about or care nothing about and still become successful – but at the beginning, it helps to start with something that you will be committed to as you go thru your learning process.
